SOUTH YANKTON — A fire on Wednesday in Cedar County has left one person dead.
The incident occurred at a mobile home three miles south of South Yankton.
The occupant was pronounced dead at the scene, but the identity and confirmed cause of death have not been released.
An autopsy has been ordered and the cause of the fire is under investigation.
