GRAND ISLAND — A fire at a plumbing company building in Grand Island has left one man dead and two others injured.
Emergency authorities were called after explosions were heard late Sunday night at the Winfrey Plumbing and Heating building. An estimated 40 firefighters worked to put it out and handle hot spots.
The two injured individuals were taken to the hospital.
The cause of the fire is not known and names have not been released.
