ORD — The son of a Valley County Sheriff’s Deputy is set for ajudication on July 18th at 1:00 P.M. after being charged with false reporting and possession of a firearm.
The issue is set for juvenile court because Timothy White is under-18.
In March, the teenager said he fired two shots on the family’s property near Comstock. It was initially reported the shots were intended to scare a man on the property.
The Nebraska State Patril began investigating the situation, but stopped after reports of the man on the property went unfounded.
No one was injured in the incident.
