GRAND ISLAND — A new vehicle designation is set to ease the work of farmers and ranchers.
Governor Ricketts announced the decision this week along with the Nebraska Cattlemen.
The hope is to allow producers to move equipment without a commercial driver’s license. Qualifying vehicles includes trucks, hay grinders and manure spreaders.
Folks with questions are asked to call the Nebraska State Patrol’s Carrier Enforcement Division.
