LINCOLN — Governor Ricketts will lead a Nebraska delegation on a trade trip to China later this year.
The hope is to build a relationship with foreign partners, like the state did in Japan and Europe in 2015.
The visit will hit Xi’an, Shanghai and Hong Kong this November. Also on the trip will be representatives from the Department of Agriculture and Economic Development, along with Nebraska businesses looking to expand into global markets.
Nebraska opened a trade office in Shanghai in 2013.
