The Valley County Sheriff’s Office reports that 49 year old Douglas Tyma of St. Libory was bonded out of Valley County for Howard County, pending a court appearance.
Also, David Timmerman II, 35, of Ord was booked into Valley County Jail for Valley County and Phelps County for violation of protection order.
Currently, there are 12 inmates housed in Valley County Jail: 9 from Valley County, 2 from Garfield County, and 1 from Custer County. Custer County is housing 1 inmate from Valley County.
