Yesterday’s Valley County court proceedings included
Willis Cronk pleaded No Contest to two counts of leaving the scene of an accident. Charges of driving under the influence and possessing an open container were dismissed. Cronk was fined a total of $500 and his drivers license was revoked for two years.
Alvin Miller pleaded Not Guilty to charges of theft, trespassing in the second degree, and shoplifting. Miller will appear in court again on July 11.
A preliminary hearing is set for July 11 for Michael Lincoln charged with driving under the influence (third offense – aggravated) and speeding.
Patrick Molesker appeared on charges of violating a domestic protection order. Molesker, who is currently in jail, will enter a plea on June 27.
Stephen Gideon was arraigned on charges of assaulting a healthcare professional on duty and he pleaded Not Guilty to shoplifting. Gideon will be back in court on July 11.
