The Valley County Sheriff’s Office reports that 43-year-old David Figueroa of West Point, Nebraska, was bonded out of Valley County Jail for Valley County, pending court appearance. Figueroa was released to Immigration.
Currently, Valley County Jail is housing eight inmates: five from Valley County, one from Garfield County, one from Sherman County, and one from Howard County.
