The Valley County Sheriff’s Office reports that 31-year-old Cody A. Smith was booked into Valley County Jail for Garfield County on charges of trespassing, third degree assault, and terroristic threats.
Currently, there are eight inmates housed in Valley County Jail: four from Valley County, two from Garfield County, one from Howard County, and one from Sherman County.
