In District Court of Valley County yesterday, Judge Karen Noakes set a sentencing date of August 22 for Brian Welniak who pleaded No Contest to charges of Driving Under the Influence (third offense) and Driving With a Revoked License.
In a plea agreement, Jammie Dodge pleaded No Contest to possession with attempt to distribute a controlled substance. Dodge was sentenced to 173 days in jail and was given credit for 173 days served. Dodge must pay court costs. Bond was released.
Matthew Camez was sentenced to nine months in County Jail, with credit for 37 days previously served, for terroristic threats. Upon release, Camez must complete 18 months of post-release supervision. He was remanded to the custody of the sheriff.
Elliot Ness was sentenced to two years’ probation. Previously, Ness had pleaded Guilty to charges of third degree assault.
Nicholas Herron was sentenced to 53 days in jail and was given credit for 53 days served for possession of a controlled substance.
