The Valley County Sheriff’s Office reports that 34-year-old Brian Shafer of Ord, Nebraska, was booked into Valley County Jail for Valley County for obstruction of government operations. Later, Shafer was bonded out of Valley County Jail for Valley County; pending court appearance.
Currently, there are eight inmates housed in Valley County Jail: five from Valley County, one from Garfield County, one from Sherman County, and one from Howard County.
