The Nebraska State Fair is back and underway this year with plenty of activities and selections for families to participate in. This year the Commodity Carnival is back to educate Nebraska youth about managing the risks and costs associated with producing and bringing animals to market. Nebraska Extension Educator Beth Janning talks about what the Commodity Carnival is.
The Commodity Carnival will be at the State Fair from 8/26 9/5, and players can even take the latest Risk Ranch companion game home with them by downloading it to their mobile device.
