OMAHA,Neb. Valley County Health System (VCHS) Human Resources Coordinator Marcy Shafer was recognized for her graduation from the 2017 Nebraska Hospital Association (NHA) Leadership Institute at the annual NHA Convention on Oct. 25.
The NHA Leadership Institute is a 10-month intensive leadership development program designed specifically for healthcare professionals. Participants completed dozens of hours of instruction and training, individualized reading, personality assessments, 360 degree feedback exercises and coaching.
