Hunters and landowners are encouraged to attend public meetings in their area through the Nebraska Game and Parks Commission pertaining to big game. Those who attend can offer their feedback during the meetings this winter.
There will be a meeting in each of the Game and Parks district will biologist will explain and take questions on several topics. Those topics will include deer management, deer damage and depredation permits, antlerless harvest, trophy management and diseases.
Antelope and elk issues may be discussed at meetings located in areas where these species occur.
All meeting will begin at 7 PM and will be on these dates:
