Central Nebraska Economic Development District (CNEDD) would like to welcomeRachel Flannery to their team. As the need and desire to grow our communities expands so does the need for a larger staff.
Flannery has worked for a number of years in real estate and educational sales. Her
results speak for themselves as she was annually a top 10% realtor in Omaha and
we are delighted to welcome that energy and experience to the CNEDD team.
Flannery will be in charge of marketing/social media channels and promotion for
CNEDD. She joins CNEDD Executive Director, Judy Peterson, Community
Development Specialist, Chelsea Luthy and Financial Director, Tish Tielke.
The Central Nebraska Economic Development District (CNEDD) is a 14-county regional
development organization that encourages cooperation between local government
officials, community-based organizations and the private sector. The District provides
the link between federal and state programs, and the local level where development
actually occurs.
CNEDD attained recognition as an official Economic Development
District by the U.S. Department of Commerce, Economic Development Administration
(EDA) in 2003. CNEDD is the largest economic development district with the lowest
population density per square mile in Nebraska. Flannery will work closely with the team
and local influencers to expand CNEDDs reach.
Flannery lives south of Atkinson with her husband, TJ. They have 3 children: Max (9),
Charlie (7) and Olive (6). She enjoys her kids many activities, traveling, boating/golf/cycling and her Golden Retriever, Shep.
Flannery has a true passion for helping others and philanthropy. A highlight of Rachels community involvement: Junior League of Omaha, Child Savings Institute Board, Childrens Hospital Guild, Nebraska Real Estate Association, St Josephs Alter Society, Legion Auxiliary, Holt County Leadership Committee (2018) and West Holt Boosters.
