ORD, NE — On May 23, 2018, during Valley County Court, Former Valley County Deputies Kylan P. Lonowski and Kenneth J White pleaded not guilty in their arraignments.
Lonowski was charged for a Jan. 18, 2018 incident of knowingly or intentionally possessing a controlled substance – Hydrocodone – classified as a schedule 2 controlled substance. His second count was also on Jan 18, 2018 for attempted possession of a controlled substance, a class 1 misdemeanor.
Lonowski faces possibilities of 1 year in jail or $1,000 fine, or both.
White was charged for a Dec. 13, 2017 incident for knowingly or intentionally attempted possession of a controlled substance except Marijuana — Hydrocodone was the substance. White also faces possibilities of 1 year in jail or $1,000 fine, or both.
Their pre-trials are set for July 25, 2018 @ 11:00 AM.
