Preston D. Janzing Sally J. Weber
After an incident on July 7, an Atkinson couple faces kidnapping and third-degree assault charges.
38-year-old Preston D. Janzing and 35-year-old Sally J. Weber appear in Holt County Court on August 14 for an arraignment hearing.
The night of the incident, Weber was texting a 17-year-old Stuart male, pretending to be her minor daughter. The victim agreed to let the daughter pick him up, but once the vehicle arrived, the victim realized Webers daughter was not in the vehicle.
Janzing and Weber occupied the vehicle and drove off with the 17-year-old, and later returned and confronter the minors mother and stepfather Charity and Kelly Myers of Stuart.
A protection order has been filed against the Weber and Janzing as of July 10 in Holt County District Court.
Weber faces charges of kidnapping, terroristic threats and aiding and abetting third-degree assault.
Janzing is facing charges of kidnapping and third-degree assault.
