According to the Valley County Sheriff report on July 23, 2018:
At 2:00 am, 28-year-old Benjamin Skinner of St. Paul, Nebraska booked into Valley County Jail for St. Paul Police Department for Burglary, Criminal Mischief, and Criminal Trespass.
At 10:49 am, 20-year-old Ashley Whaley of Columbus, Nebraska booked into Valley County Jail for Merrick County on a warrant for Driving Under Suspension and Possession or use of Drug Paraphernalia. Her bond was set at $2,500 10%. She bonded out the next hour.
Valley county is currently housing three inmates: one for Valley, one for Garfield and one for Howard.
