Scotia, NE – Every year the Happy Jack Chalk Mine in Scotia, Nebraska turns its historical area and tunnels into a Trail of Terror. Participants hear spooky stories and follow a trail winding across the whole chalk mine that is full of terrors.
The 2018 Trail of Terror will take place on Oct. 19 and 20, 26 and 27th. Tours begin at dark with tickets being sold each night at the Scotia Community Building from 7 – 9 pm. Participants will be asked to drive to the mine at the time given to them on their tickets.
Tickets are $10 each. It is recommended not to let children under 8 years of age to participate in the Trail of Terror.
Expect a wait time upon arrival for tour. Past tours have run up until 1 am.
