Winners of the “Scare on the Square” Halloween Parade

Burwell, N.E., November 4, 2019–The Burwell Chamber of Commerce announced today the winners in their “Scare on the Square” Halloween parade. Kids of all ages, participated in the parade sponsored by the Burwell Chamber of Commerce, all with the intention of making Halloween 2019 “Spooktacular”.
