Kelsie Bloom 27, was in Valley County Court Wed. Dec. 11. Bloom has been charged with motor vehicle homicide, DUI/DUI-Drug 1st offence, in the death of 52 year old Sandy Psota.
The case was bound over to district court January 14th, 2020 with arraignment scheduled for 9:30.
Bloom is currently out on bail.
