ORD, Neb. – Ord Public Schools (OPS) recently said farewell to Lu Lansman and Jennifer Remmereid, both long-time educators in the OPS school system.
Lansman began her career with OPS in 1986. She served as a guidance counselor, para-professional and most recently as an English teacher. Lansman was also the coordinator of the National Honor Society for OPS. She will be retiring after 34 years.
Remmereid began her career at OPS in 2007. She taught Business/Technology and served as the FBLA coordinator. Remmereid was also the head volleyball coach for 2 years. She will be relocating to Leigh, NE to join Leigh High School as the business teacher and assistant volleyball coach.
OPS would like to thank both of them for being such an important part of our school system and wish them the very best.
