Yesterday a Judge found probable cause to send Donald Anthony to trial for felony terrorist threats for threatening to have his gang kill a Hall County corrections officer. The court record indicate a deputy with the sheriff’s office was called over to the jail on March 29 in reference to threats made against the corrections officer. An affidavit state Donald Anthony threatened to have fellow gang members of the Latin Kings kill the officer and his family. Anthony later claimed he had no idea what he was saying because he “blacked out” because he was in pain. Anthony was initially in Hall County Jail charged with first degree murder and two weapons charges for a February 15 murder of Said Farah.
