According to the U.S. Attorney’s Office for the District of Nebraska, Nicole Peterson, 37, of Norfolk was sentenced for conspiracy to distribute and possession with intent to distribute 500 grams or more of methamphetamine in Federal Court. According to the Department of Justice, on March 30, 2019, law enforcement obtained a search warrant in Kearney, Nebraska for a building that had been turned into a makeshift home. The building that had been turned into a home by a co-defendant Rodney Randolph. Peterson and Josiah Negley were also inside the building. When law enforcement searched the home they found 117 grams of meth and at a later time the defendants allegedly admitted they got the meth from Colorado and intended to sell it in Kearney. In federal court on Friday to 120 months in prison and after that time she will have to serve five years of supervised release.
