The Lincoln County Sheriff’s says that deputies responded to a call of a one vehicle accident resulting in injuries on Monday in the 3600 block of West River Rd. around 7:52 p.m. A preliminary investigation of the accident showed that the driver Dru Linderman, 26, was heading westbound on North River Road when his vehicle left the road and traveled into the south ditch and stopped after it struck a tree. Drugs and alcohol are not believed to be involved in the accident. Linderman was taken to Great Plains Health and his injuries were described as critical. The investigation into the accident is still on going.
