A potentially armed and dangerous suspect is on the run from police in southeast Nebraska. Beatrice police are looking for 29-year-old Devon Kagy. He is described as being 5’10” and 200 pounds. He also has arrested warrants out for delivery of a controlled substance, possession of a controlled substance, probation violations, terroristic threats, possession of a deadly weapon by a prohibited person, and flight to avoid arrest. Police are asking if anyone knows of his whereabouts or if they have seen him to contact them immediately.
