North Platte Teacher Arrested for Sexually Assaulting a Student

North Platte Police said on Wednesday that they arrested 46-year-old David Cooper at the North Platte Highschool. Police say that staff members from the school reported the sexual assault to the schools resource officer. Authorities believe that Cooper had sexual contact with a 17-year-old student.
