GRAND ISLAND — Authorities are investigating the theft of more than $4,600 in cash from two gambling machines during the early hours of Friday, July 25.
The Grand Island Police Department received a report that two machines located at a business on North Pine Street had been forcibly opened, with the contents stolen. The devices, owned by Accel Entertainment, were found to have had $3,000 and $1,683 taken, totaling $4,683 in stolen funds.
The Grand Island Police Department continues to investigate the incident.
