Carol’s life was centered around her family. She found joy in cooking, gardening, and sewing, and she rarely missed an opportunity to cheer on her grandchildren and great-grandchildren at their events. She worked as a cook at the Greeley Care Home and owned the North Loup Cafe with her daughter for over a decade, sharing her wonderful passion for cooking with so many people.
She was a member of the altar society and taught CCD at St. Patrick’s in Scotia for many years and was recently a member of Our Lady of Perpetual Help Catholic Church of Ord, Nebraska.
She loved family gatherings and treasured time spent with her sister on occasional visits to the casino, always cherishing laughter and companionship.
Carol is survived by her children, Terri (Monte) Jorgensen of North Loup, Glen (Allison) Snodgrass of York, Paul (Kim) Snodgrass of Ord, and Jake (Chelsey) Snodgrass of York. She leaves behind her beloved grandchildren, Brittany (BJ) Thompson, Brooklynn Strickland, Colton Jorgensen, Garrett Snodgrass and fiancée Kate Mullally, Dalton Snodgrass, Spencer Snodgrass, Braden and Emma Snodgrass, Leyton and Maycie Snodgrass; and her great-grandchildren: Karten and Kale Thompson, and Mason and Maverick Strickland.
