Grand Island — A late-night report of a suspicious person led to the arrest of a man found with methamphetamine, stolen property, and burglary tools early Tuesday morning. According to the Grand Island Police Department, officers were dispatched around 1:10 a.m. to the 2000 block of South North Road, where they made contact with Raul Montano. During the investigation, officers discovered Montano was carrying methamphetamine, drug paraphernalia, and items reported as stolen, along with tools commonly used for burglary. Montano was taken into custody and faces multiple charges, including possession of a controlled substance, possession of drug paraphernalia, possession of stolen property, and possession of burglary tools.
