ELBA — An Elba man has been arrested in Howard County on assault.
Matthew Davis, 18, was booked into Valley County over the weekend on a third-degree assault charge. That’s described in Nebraska as intentionally, knowingly or recklessly causing bodily harm to another person or threatening another person in a menacing manner.
The situation surrounding the arrest is not known.
