SARGENT — It’s the annual Mountain Oyster Feed in Sargent this weekend.
The event has been going on since 1982 and goes to benefit local ball teams.
“Nobody else does one so it’s the one time of year that everybody can come in for that,” says Kris Lamb of Sargent Area Economic Development. “The donations are amazing, the town is very, very supportive of it.”
This year, a raffle will feature giveaways for YETI cups, Nebraska football tickets, a tanking trip and other items.
It all begins at 5:30 P.M. and runs until 8:00 P.M. on Saturday.
