THEDFORD — A family in Thedford is looking for compensation from the Nebraska Public Power District over alleged damage during a survey.
Dan and Barbara Welch, who own Brush Creek Ranch, are seeking unspecified compensation for damage done to the land.
The lawsuit says the couple barred surveyors from the property on April 13th, but surveyors entered the next day.
NPPD is doing surveys across the region for planned transmission line work.
