ST. PAUL — An accident in Howard County has left four people hospitalized.
The Howard County Sheriff says it occurred early Wednesday afternoon when a vehicle crossed the center line on Highway 281, south of St. Paul. It sideswiped a northbound vehicle and then struck a pickup head on.
One person was treated at the hospital and released, while three others remained there for the night. Their conditions are not immediately clear.
