The Calamus 1/2 Century Bicycle Tour will return to Burwell Friday and Saturday, June 17th and 18th. This annual 47-mile bike ride through the Sandhills, will take riders along the Calamus Lake and the North Loup River.
Pre-registration is encouraged. Forms are available at the Burwell Chamber office, you can also register at the Burwell High School Friday, June 17th from 6 – 8 pm, or at 7 am on June 18th.
There is a $35 registration fee that includes a pasta dinner on Friday night at the high school from 6 – 8 pm, as well as lunch at the Pizza Palace on Saturday.
