Jammie Dodge appeared in court. Dodge was charged with possession and distribution of a controlled substance, possession of money in violation of state statutes, and driving with a suspended license. Dodge is being held on $20,000 bail. A preliminary hearing and pretrial are set for March 6.
Chad De Noyer was sentenced to 2 days in County Jail and fined $500 and costs. De Noyer was charged with reckless driving, stemming from an incident on September 30, 2016 when he reportedly drove his vehicle into a ditch. De Noyer claimed that he swerved to avoid a deer, but police say that results from a breathalyzer test found De Noyer to be driving under the influence.
Valley County Court Judge Alan Brodbeck charged Bradley Turner with 2 days in jail and fines. Tanner pleaded guilty to speeding charges, driving without an operator’s license, and failure to appear in court. Tanner, who has been in jail since December 29, has until February 6 to pay the fines.
