The Valley County Sheriff’s Department reports that 33-year-old Allen M. Bogacki of Ord, Nebraska was booked into Valley County for Valley County, court commitment for probation violation. Also, Andrew J. Prietto, 47, of Ord was bonded out of Valley County for Valley County, pending court appearance.
There was a report of a dog at large and a report of vandalism.
Currently, Valley County Jail is housing 10 inmates: 7 from Valley County, 2 from Garfield County, and 1 from Custer County. Custer County is housing 1 Valley County inmate.
