The Valley County Sheriff’s Office reports that 35-year-old David K. Timmerman of Ord, Nebraska was released from Valley County Jail for Valley County for time served.
There were several reports of traffic stops and requests for information. There was also a report of a cow out.
Currently, Valley County Jail is housing nine inmates: six from Valley County, two from Garfield County, and one from Custer County. Custer County is housing one Valley County inmate.
