The Valley County Sheriff’s Office reports that 20-year-old John Snipes of Osceola, Nebraska, was booked into Valley County Jail for Garfield County for third degree domestic assault charges. Snipes was later bonded out of Valley County Jail for Garfield County, pending court appearance.
Rachel Bloom, 27, of Ord was bonded out of Valley County Jail for Valley County, pending court appearance.
46-year-old Michael R. Lincoln of Arcadia, Nebraska, was arrested by the Ord Police Department and booked onto Valley County Jail for Valley County on DUI charges.
