The Ord Area Chamber of Commerce is looking for new board members for a new term beginning in January 2018. This active, impactful organization in the Valley County area has contributed to the business community that is thriving.
Chamber board member serve a three-year term. The minimum number of board members that must serve each year is 12 with a maximum of 16.
At least five seats must be filled at the end of 2017 to begin the new term in January.
Chamber board members gather for the monthly Chamber board meeting on the second Tuesday at noon at the Ord Area Chamber office. Board members also serve on one or two Chamber committees which help guide and execute Chamber activities.
