The Burwell Chamber of Commerce announced the date for the 8th Annual Burwell Chamber of Commerce Cook-Off and Chili Feed. This year’s event will be held on Saturday, January 6, 2018 at the Burwell Jr/Sr High School.
The benefits of the this annual cook-off will go to the Burwell Rescue Squad.
Businesses and individuals can submit at least 1-2 gallons of chili in a crock pot for judging. Preregistration and check-in for the event will start at 3:30 – 4:30 pm with judging to follow from 4:30 – 5:30 PM. At 5:30 until 8:00 PM the public is invited to join in the fun while supporting the Burwell Rescue Squad in a Chili Fee- with chili available for $3 a bowl including a dinner roll and drink.
