The Clothing Closet at the First Christian Church in Burwell took in over 2000 lbs of clothing last month and gave away over 800 lbs to 93 people. The Clothing Closet has been serving nearly 100 people per month from 5-7 counties in Nebraska.
In other Clothing Closet news, they will be open Friday, Dec. 29, 2017 from 3:00 – 5:30 PM. Holiday refreshments will be served. Clothing is free of charge and All are welcome. If you have questions call Kathy at 308-214-0798.
