ORD, NEB – Valley County Tourism announced that the City of Ord has been selected as the host community for Nebraska Tourism’s Agri-Eco Tourism Workshop on February 26-28, 2019.
This workshop is expected to attract approximately 150 visitors to the community of Ord.
Attendees to this annual event typically include farmers, ranchers, outfitters, vineyard operations, brewers, u-pick operators, managers of eco-tourism attractions and anyone interested in starting or growing a successful agri/eco-tourism business.
The Agri-Eco Tourism Workshop brings many opportunities for the community with outside dollars funneling into the local businesses including forms of lodging, fuel, meals, shopping, catering and venue rentals. Resources and connections this event will offer to local entrepreneurs and vendors will be a helping hand.
