On December 11, 2019, the Valley County Sheriff’s Office conducted a traffic stop west of Arcadia, Valley County, Nebraska. During the course of the investigation, deputies located marijuana and THC products in the vehicle.
Juan Carlos Reynosa of Princeton, Louisiana was booked into the Valley County Jail for Possession of a Controlled Substance, a Class IV Felony; Child Abuse, a Class IIIA Felony; Possession of Marijuana More Than One Ounce, Less Than One Pound, a Class I Misdemeanor; No Operator’s License, a Class III Misdemeanor; and Possession of Drug Paraphernalia, an Infraction.
Shannon P. Waters of Benton, Louisiana was booked into the Valley County Jail for possession of a Controlled Substance, a Class IV Felony; Child Abuse, a Class IIIA Felony; Possession of Marijuana More that one Ounce, Less Than One Pound, a Class I Misdemeanor; and Possession of Drug Paraphernalia, and Infraction.
Sergeant Barrett Gibbons of Custer County Sheriff’s Office and K9 Vinnie were a vital part of the investigation.
