Nebraska’s Big Rodeo started Barrel Racing competition with slack this morning at 9 am. Four time World Champion Barrel Racer and National Cowgirl Hall of Fame member Sherry Cervi competed this morning as well as Wrangler National Finals average winner Ivy Conrado-Saebens, and several incredibly talented local cowgirls.
Here are the early leaders in the Ladies Barrel Racing at Nebraska’s Big Rodeo 1. Tamara Reinhardt, 17.65 seconds; 2. Kathy Grimes, 17.85; 3. Jodi Nelson, 18.01; 4. Charlie Johnson, 18.07; 5. Kricket Gintner, 18.11; 6. (tie) Megan Champion and Kelly Wheelhouse, 18.19 each.
These results will change as the week goes on and more runs are made during performances and slack.
