A Grand Island man was arrested on the suspicion of trying to kidnap a 13-year-old on Monday afternoon, said GIPD. From the description give by the victim, police were able to identify a suspect and make the arrest a day after the incident was reported. During the investigation, probable cause was gained to arrest Luis Carillo Argueta, 22 on Thursday around 9 p.m.
