A woman in Grand Island is charged with theft by unlawful taking of between $1,500-$4,999 in Hall County Court. According to the affidavit of the arrest between Feb 19, 2022 and April 22, 2022 she was employed at Fonner Park and during that time she was responsible for collecting money owed by customers on food and drinks. When and if the customer paid in cash, McIntosh would delete the tab and pocket the cash and not turn it in at the end of the night. After an audit performed by Fonner Park they found that she had allegedly stolen $3,472. McIntosh is to appear in Hall County Court June 29 at 10 a.m.
