Another Teen Arrested in October Omaha Murder

The Omaha Police Department announced that they arrest another teen in connect to the murder of 62-year-old Daniel Price. They announce that they arrested a 13-year-old boy on Tuesday. Price suffered a head injury on October 31st and was transported to a local hospital. He later died on November 12th upgrading the case from an assault to a homicide. According to the authorities this the fifth teen to be arrested in connection to this crime. The other teens arrested in connection to the crime were a 16-year-old boy, a 15-year-old boy, and two 13-year-old girls. The two 13-year-old girls were charged with accessory to murder and tampering with evidence charges, the 16-year-old boy was charged with accessory to murder and probation violation charges, the 15-year-old boy was charged with second-degree murder and use of a deadly weapon to commit a felony.
