55-year-old Brad Tuttle of Norfolk has spent the last year on the run from authorities after he had an arrest warrant out for his arrest in March 2022. The charges on the warrant included burglary, felony theft, and criminal trespassing. These charges are related in connection to a break-in at Rock Company that happened early last year. Authorities suspected that Tuttle was in the area of Norfolk after going on the run. Tuttle was spotted at a business in Norfolk by a citizen who recognized him and the citizen also gave a description of the vehicle he was driving. When police arrived at the business Tuttle had already left but they were able to use the registration that the vehicle was under to track it back to a residence where they were able to arrest Tuttle. Tuttle was jailed for his felony warrant and the bond was set at $50,000.
