Northeast Nebraska Authorities are investigating a multi-vehicle crash that happened Wednesday afternoon. The crash happened on Highway 275 and 538th Avenue west of Meadow Grove. Multiple rescue units responded to the scene as well as LifeNet. Nebraska State Patrol helped with traffic at the scene and the Madison County Sheriff’s Office investigated the scene. Around 2:30 p.m. traffic near the scene had resume although it was slowed as vehicle were only able to use one lane and authorities asked drivers to slow down through the area and to avoid the scene if at all possible. No details about injuries or what may have caused the accident have been released at this time.
